High School Sports:
Brody Golla and Alex Garvey of North Catholic won the WPIAL Class 2A Doubles Tournament Wednesday at North Allegheny high school when they defeated Tim Lakatos and Alex Duing of South Park 7-6, 6-3.
Softball:
–Burrell remained unbeaten this season with a 2-0 win over Knoch.
–Freeport-4 Greensburg Salem-2. Sydney Selker had another complete game to lead the Yellow Jackets. Selker allowed four hits and struck out 12.
–Norwin shutout Seneca Valley 10-0 in five innings.
–Pine-Richland defeated Butler 16-1 in three innings.
