High School Sports Scores – Mars boys bounced from WPIAL playoffs

High School Sports:

Boys Basketball Playoffs:
–Last night – Franklin Regional eliminated Mars 67-50 in the WPIAL Class 5A First Round. Ryan Ceh scored 26 points to lead the Planets and passed the 1,000 career-point mark in the game.

Tonight in the Girls WPIAL Playoffs:
–Mars will travel to South Fayette in the Class 5A First Round. Tip-off is 7pm.
–Knoch will host Belle Vernon at 7pm in the Class 4A First Round.

Hockey:
–Butler-3 Kiski Area-2.
–North Allegheny-4 Seneca Valley-3.
