A man accused of a violent robbery will be appearing in front of a magistrate judge for a preliminary hearing today.
Police have accused 31-year-old Dylan Hinchberger of breaking into a home, injuring a man, stealing several guns, and vehicle.
Hinchberger will have a preliminary hearing today before his case moves to the Common Pleas Court.
Judge Lewis Stoughton will oversee the hearing and he will decide which charges will be held.
Hinchberger is facing several charges including two counts of robbery, burglary, aggravated assault, and more. He’s being held in the Butler County Prison on $500,000 bail.
