A Cranberry Township man who has coached youth hockey in the area is facing sexual abuse charges from another state.
38-year-old Kyle Dirks was arrested last month after he allegedly inappropriately touched two kids at his Iowa home in between 2017 to 2021.
Charging documents say Dirks would take the boys to dinner and then “massage” them while they played video games.
There are currently no charges or allegations stemming from his time in Western PA, where he served as a coach at the Shane Clifford Goalie School and at Robert Morris University.
He has since been removed from both positions.
