A Butler man accused of shooting his brother this past Christmas Eve will have his case now move to the Common Pleas court.
At a preliminary hearing yesterday, 23-year-old Logan Rapsinski waived his rights to a formal arraignment and had two counts against him held for court.
The charges of attempted criminal homicide and aggravated assault of the first degree will proceed to the court of common pleas. While the counts of aggravated assault of the second degree and recklessly endangering another person was held for a lower court.
Rapsinski is accused of shooting his brother in the groin on Christmas Eve in Butler Township.
The next date in court for Rapsinski has yet to be announced.
