Howard “Chip” Foster Rattigan

Howard “Chip” Foster Rattigan, 71, passed away on May 2, 2024, in Bristol, VA.
He was born in Butler, PA, and graduated from Butler High School. He received a Bachelors in Business Administration from Wheeling University, and a Masters in Health Administration from the University of St. Francis.
He is survived by his sons, Sean Rattigan of Minneapolis, MN, and Nicholas Rattigan of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by two sisters, Marianne Davidson of Henderson, NV and Karen Colley Vargo of Butler, PA. He is also survived by his former wife, Gail Rattigan of Henderson, NV, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Family and friends will gather at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street, Butler on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon. The Rev. Brady Randall to officiate a Memorial Service following the visitation.
