An Iowa man has been charged as a result of his involvement with a couple of missing juveniles last month in Mercer County.
According to State Police, troopers began investigating a situation August 22nd in which a 17-year-old male and his 15-year-old sister left a residence in New Wilmington in an unknown yellow car.
On August 31st, a relative of the missing teenagers informed police that the pair had returned from Iowa and were staying at her house in Mercer County.
Police identified 26-year-old Mahlon Stutzman as the person responsible for the teenagers being in Iowa. He is also accused of sexually assaulting the 15-year-old girl.
