IUP women’s basketball coach retiring

IUP women’s head basketball coach Tom McConnell is retiring after eight seasons with the Crimson Hawks. He finishes his tenure with a 197-50 overall record and four Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Western Division titles with two PSAC tournament championships. IUP made two appearances in the NCAA Elite Eight of the Division II tournament under McConnell.
