Jacqueline Denise “Jackie” DiGiacomo, age 92, of Butler, passed away Friday at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.
Born October 25, 1926 in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Fernand and Mildred Heilman Fogel.
She was a homemaker and a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.
Jackie was an amazing woman who would do anything to help anyone that needed it. She will truly be missed by all that were fortunate to know her.
She is survived by one daughter, Denise D. Krumpe and her husband, David, of Butler; two sisters, Arlene Howryla and her husband, Mike, of Zelienople, and Shelley Kutan, of Ohio; four grandchildren, Adrian Fillhart, Kelly Fillhart, David DiGiacomo, and Michelle Willetts; one daughter-in-law, Kathy DiGiacomo, of Butler; step-grandchildren, Karen, Russ, Danny, Ken, Sandy, and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Leonard “Mick” DiGiacomo, who passed away November 19, 2004; one grandson, Bryan Fillhart; two brothers, Kenny Fogel and Richard Fogel; and two sisters, Gaye Dickey and Bernice Goldinger.
There will be no visitation.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 4, at 10 a.m. from Saint Michael Roman Catholic Church, 432 Center Avenue, Butler, with Reverend Will Wuenschel officiating.
Burial will follow in Saint Michael’s Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Martin Funeral Home, Inc., 429 Center Avenue, Butler.
