A local municipality has received state funding through recently announced grants.
According to State Representative Marci Mustello, the state’s Commonwealth Financing Authority will distribute $125,000 Greenways, Trails, and Recreation Program funds to Jefferson Township for the SEBCO Pool Project.
The funding will allow for repairs and improvements to equipment along with construction and engineering to ensure the pool continues to maintain a high standard for safety and public health.
The Greenways, Trails and Recreation Program supports public recreation and outdoor development across the state, providing municipalities with the resources needed for community projects.
