Jeremiah I. Johns, 11 weeks old, of Karns City, PA. died Thursday, October 5, 2017 in Butler Memorial Hospital. He was born July 17, 2017 the son of William and Stephanie (Slabe) Johns.
Surviving are his parents William and Stephanie Johns of Karns City, a sister Annabel Johns at home; twin sister Elizabeth Johns at home; his paternal grandparents Dave and Nancy Johns of Chicora; maternal grandparents Donald and Daisy Claypoole Slabe of Karns City; great-step-grandmother Joan Barger of Karns City, an Aunt Rebecca and Alan Visnyai of Ohio, David Johns of Chicora, Ron and Amanda Johns Dearborn, Michigan, Donald and Dixie Slabe of East Brady, and 8 cousins.
Preceded in death by maternal and paternal great-grandparents.
