Joanne Gates

Joanne Gates, 81, of Butler passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021. She was born in Pittsburgh on May 31, 1940 to the late Leo and Pansy Kelly. Joanne was a born again Christian and was a member of the Pentecostal Church. She was known to be very spiritual. She also loved cats and animals. Joanne was the mother of Amy (Michael) Massey, Audrey Kasmarik, and Jason (Rebecca) Shirley; sister of Pat Chomiak; and grandmother of Joshua, Nathaniel, Lucas, Sam, Samantha, and Kaitlynn; great grandmother of Kevin and Elizabeth. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Floyd, brother Richard Kelly, and grandson Anthony Kasmarik. Arraignments through the SPENCER D.
