A proposed amendment to the state constitution will appear on the ballot next week, but after a new ruling, that vote will not be counted or tallied.
A judge on the state appellate court ruled Wednesday that the statewide victims’ rights referendum question known as “Marsy’s Law” is not clear enough.
The judge granted a preliminary injunction which means that although you will vote on the measure, state officials cannot tally those votes.
The judge’s decision is expected to be appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court by the office of the state attorney general.
