Kathleen Anne (Kisner) Lowers

Kathleen Anne (Kisner) Lowers, 62, of Butler passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. She was born in Heidelberg, Germany to the late Thomas and Harriet (Locher) Kisner. Kathleen was a graduate of East Brady High School in 1977. She was the owner and operator of the Last Laff in Chicora, PA for many years. Kathleen was a devoted Catholic by faith and enjoyed camping, crafts, taking vacations, and spending time with family. She was the mother of Wesley M. Hahn; sister of Thomas (Ferne) Kisner, Kenneth (Sherrie) Kisner, Evelyn (Thomas) Bump, and Mary Jane (Jeff) Double. Kathleen is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her sister Theresa Guthrie. Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 20th  from 2-4 PM in the SPENCER D.
