Kenneth E. Hinderliter, 67, of Harrisburg, formerly of East Butler passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at UPMC Pinnacle Hospital of Harrisburg. He was born in New Kensington, PA on June 7, 1953 to Bonnie and the late Howard Hinderliter. Ken served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy and then went on to graduate from Thiel College where he was active with Phi Theta Phi. He worked for PennDot for almost 2 decades until his retirement. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping, fishing, but most of all spending time with his pups, Dot & Daisey. Ken was the beloved husband of Cynthia Hinderliter; loving father of David (Bridgett) Hinderliter, Michelle (Jonathan) Fragapane, Nathan (Christine) Hinderliter, Monica (Ken) Summerville, Heather Pokrowka, and Jason (Nina) Barnes; brother of Karen Carroll and Sharon (Dave) Myers. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and an aunt and uncle. He will be forever missed by Karen Hinderliter.
