Kenneth Wigton, 77, of Butler, Pennsylvania, passed away on December 5, 2021, at the Butler Memorial Hospital.
He was born November 14, 1944, in Butler to the late Elmer and Betty Brown Wigton.
Kenneth enjoyed spending time with his family and having coffee with his friends. He enjoyed working outdoors, cutting firewood, doing yardwork, and taking rides in his mustang. Kenneth graduated from Butler Senior High School in 1962 and enlisted in the United States Air Force where he later received honorable discharge in 1966. He worked for Armco-Ak Steel for 33 1/2 years until he retired in 2001.
He is survived by two sons, Kenneth (Shannon) Wigton, Jr. of Cabot, and Jonathan Wigton of Butler; one daughter, Jennifer Lentz of Butler; four grandchildren, Madison and Nathan Lentz, Caitlin Kelley, and Danialle DiGiacomo; great grandchildren; two brothers, Donald (Carol) Wigton of Zelienople, and Richard (Carol) Wigton of Renfrew.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald and Robert Wigton.
A private ceremony was held, with a memorial service to follow later.
