Kevin “Big Foot” Frye, 59, of Ellwood City passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2022. He was born in Monaca to the late Luther Frye and Reita (Anderson) Wilson. Kevin received his associates degree from Arizona State and also graduated from Pro Driving School. He played football for Center High School and later went on to play for Arizona State. Kevin was employed as a truck driver for over 26 years and a Center Township Volunteer Fireman for 22 years. He loved supporting his Pittsburgh pro teams. Kevin was known for his hardworking and caring personality along with being a great dad. He was loved and will be forever missed. Kevin was the beloved husband of Cindy (Gardner) Frye; father of Torie (John) Klein, Courtney (Charles) Smelton, Cassandra (Christopher) Hambleton, and Samantha (Neil) Towson; and sister of Tracy (Denise) Frye, Linda Bungard, and Rodney (Lynn) Frye Sr. He is Also survived by 7 grandchildren. Kevin was preceded in death by Anna Inman and 2 sisters Debbie Reynolds and Brenda Beck. Family and friends received on Sunday, October 30, 2022, from 1-3 PM at the SPENCER D.
