With many spring break plans still on hold as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Slippery Rock University is offering students a chance to relax this week.
Kickback Week kicks off today with the SRU Student Affairs division planning programming to help students recharge for the second half of the semester since there is no spring break in the compressed schedule.
More than 30 virtual and in-person events are planned through the week including a drive-in movie, a disc golf tournament, a resiliency boot camp, a paint night, and fitness classes such as yoga and spinning.
Students will also have the chance to win gift cards and other giveaways. Those interested in more information or signing up for activities can do so online through the SRU CORE website.
