The major construction project at the Knoch High School campus is getting underway.
According to an update from Knoch Superintendent Dr. David Foley, crews from Mark Hudson Construction have been putting up fencing around the staging area for equipment and supplies.
Some trees have been cut down and grass taken up with gravel expected to be put down as the area is prepared for construction of a new drop-off loop. Work is also expected to get underway on the office and cafeteria portion of the project.
Some Knoch employees are now being asked to park across the street, and the area the district has available for transportation to and from the high school campus will be more compact for the next year and half.
