Knoch High School is confirming that a student has tested positive for COVID-19.
District Superintendent Dr. David Foley sent a letter to parents last night, informing them that the student was in school on Monday and Tuesday—before waking up with COVID symptoms on Wednesday morning.
That student promptly took a test and reported it to the district, which Dr. Foley commended in his letter.
Right now, Foley recommends that parents monitor the health of their students and refer to the screening tool on the district’s website.
