A longtime business in the City’s Island neighborhood is set to close this week.
Koeppen Alignment Services will be closing their doors after nearly 90 years in Butler. Owner Frank Kennedy has been in charge of the business for the past 37 years, but has worked at Koeppen since he was 12 years old.
Nearby business owner Denny Offstein says Frank is one of a kind.
“He has so much knowledge about antique cars and alignments. No one living today has that knowledge living in Butler,” Offstein said.
While Koeppen will be closing their doors, another business is set to open in that location.
Koeppen Alignment Services final day of operation will be Wednesday.
