Motorists could experience some delays on several Lancaster Township roadways due to an upcoming road work project.
The project is expected to begin Monday and finish sometime Tuesday. A rain date to complete any remaining work is planned for Friday.
Crews will be working on Albert Drive from Sawyer Road to the end of Albert Drive, American School from the intersection with Scott Ridge Road to the Beaver County Line, Crab Run Road from the intersection with Little Creek Road to the Connoquenessing Township line, and Dogwood Road from the intersection with Pleasant Hill Road to Hufnagel Road.
Additional roads affected by this project include Little Creek Road from the intersection with Yellow Creek Road to the Connoquenessing Township line, Ragan Road between Muddy Creek and Connoquenessing Townships, and Woodlands Road from the intersection with Crab Run to the Connoquenessing Township line.
Residents along these roads or drivers navigating these areas should expect delays and road closures to allow for work to be completed in a single pass. There will not be any delay of emergency services.
