Two more people have died locally this week as a result of serious COVID-19 symptoms at Butler Memorial Hospital.
The hospital reported two COVID-related deaths to the state on Tuesday.
According to the Butler Health System, as of Thursday morning 50 patients were hospitalized at Butler Memorial Hospital with 11 of those in the ICU. This is five fewer hospitalized as well as one more COVID patient in the ICU compared to Monday.
The age of locally hospitalized patients is from 34 to 92 years old.
