A local organization is offering free development and autism checkups next week.
Lifesteps will be offering free developmental and autism checks for children birth age to five from 9 a.m. to noon at their Stirling Village location this upcoming Monday.
A screening takes about 30 minutes and the results are discussed immediately with parents/guardians.
Screening checks use games and activities to determine a child’s current level of development.
