Linda Schnur

Linda Schnur, 81, of Butler passed away on Friday, July 5, 2024. She was born in Wexford on January 8, 1943 to the late Edward and Elizabeth (Leake) Haust. Linda received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Indiana University of PA and was employed as a teacher and was a business owner. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, reading and crafts. And was a member of Saint Peters R.C. Church Choir. Linda was known for being hardworking, would always put others first, and was a loving mother and wife. Linda was the beloved wife of the late Dale E. Schnur who she married on October 10, 1964; mother of Dale Schnur Jr., Christopher (Lynanne) Schnur, Tamara (Thomas) Netzel, Carrie (Steve) Shay, Richard Schnur and George Schnur; sister of Stephen Haust and Karen Larson; grandmother to 15 grandchildren.
