There’s been a drop in local COVID hospitalizations.
Butler Memorial Hospital officials say they are treating six patients for the coronavirus, with no one in the ICU, as of Monday morning. That’s down seven patients since last week.
The number of local cases also dropped compared to last week. According to Department of Health data there was 121 new cases of COVID over the last week. That’s the fewest number of confirmed cases since April of this year.
