Butler Township residents are invited to the municipal building on South Duffy Road this week for a day of learning about local programs and services.
On Wednesday, local officials from the fire, police, and public works departments will have their vehicles and equipment on display. Local elected officials and office staff that serve the community will also be on hand.
In addition to local officials, representatives of the Butler County Tourism Bureau and Preston Park will be available with information on upcoming activities.
Also, the Butler County Humane Society will be on site to perform microchipping and nail trimming services. Microchipping will cost residents $15 per pet and nail trimming is $10. A rabies certificate must be presented to receive the service.
Wednesday’s event will run from 11am to 4pm.
