Local historian Bill May is giving a presentation on a famous shipwreck tomorrow evening.
May will discuss “The Lost Faces of the Titanic” at Alameda Park.
“In my talk I show clips from the 1997 movie Titanic, and then I tell what the stories were behind those real people like Jack and Rose, as well as some of the lesser known people that were on that ship that sunk on April 15, 1912,” May said.
May says he will also highlight a Butler connection to the Titanic.
No reservations are required for this free program, which starts at 6:30 p.m. at the 1st Responders Memorial Pavilion.
