A Cranberry Township man who allegedly participated in the Capitol riot is now in custody.
Department of Justice officials say Jordan Bonenberger turned himself in to the FBI in Pittsburgh Friday morning.
According to the criminal complaint, prosecutors have witnesses who used video and photos to identify Bonenberger and an unnamed female at the Capitol building on January 6th.
Charges Bonenberger is facing include Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building as well as Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building among other charges.
