A Butler County native has graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in Texas.
U.S. Air Force National Guard Airman Luke Foster completed the eight week program that included military discipline, physical fitness, and basic warfare skills.
Airmen who complete this program earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Foster’s parents live in Chicora and he graduated from Moniteau High School in 2017.
