Butler Area School District administrators are not viewing the next two weeks as a school closure.
Instead, according to Superintendent Dr. Brian White, faculty will continue to plan lessons and be available during school hours while students continue to learn at home.
Monday has been designated as an ACT 80 Day with Butler faculty and staff reporting to school and spending time continuing to plan for flexible instruction and remote learning for students. Beginning Tuesday, Flexible Instructional Days will be used for the remainder of days spent away from the physical school buildings.
Butler administrators plan to review the latest recommendations from local health care professionals on Wednesday, March 25th and decide on how to proceed the following week.
