The city of Butler is bidding a fond farewell to a longtime legal advisor.
Butler City Council accepted the retirement of James Coulter from the position of City Solicitor on Thursday following 31 years of service.
Effective March 4th, Thomas Breth will take over the position from his colleague at the firm of Dillon, McCandless, King, Coulter and Graham.
The city plans to present Coulter with a plaque at a later date.
