The Butler Township Planning Commission has recommended approval of a plan to move a Magistrate’s office.
Butler County recently entered into a 10-year-lease at the former Friedman’s headquarters location on Fairground Hill Road. The magistrate’s office will move from the current location on the Sunnyview property.
Land development improvements planned for the 4,500 square foot office space include an expanded and improved parking lot.
Butler Township commissioners will vote about giving final approval to this plan at their meeting later this month.
