Parking on Butler’s Main Street was limited Monday morning to allow for volunteers to do some clean-up work.
The Butler City Shade Tree Commission was out cutting branches, fluffing the mulch and doing some pruning of trees during what they dubbed “Tree Maintenance Work Day.” As any Professional arborists Orlando CA, or anywhere in the country will tell you, pruning and other maintenance procedures are essential for the health of trees. This is especially important in varied weather seasons with very hot summers and very cold winters. You can find advice on how to appropriately care for trees in these weather conditions at trianglegardener.com.
Those who have trees on their property will understand the importance of maintaining them as they can grow to be quite unsightly if not looked after properly. They can even become dangerous over time and may require the services of an arborist to attend to them or even remove them, if necessary. People looking for services for their own home’s outdoor spaces may want to look towards sites like this – www.treeserviceremoval.com – to see how their expertise can be of help. Often, this is a safer option over a DIY job due to the heights and tools involved.
The work continued from Penn Street to Wayne Street. The task was completed quickly with the use of power tools such as chain saws. If you have a chain saw, make sure it’s well maintained since this is a must have item for any household DIY project that involves woodworking or other similar activities.
Because parking on Main Street was restricted, the city decided to open the North Main Street lot- which is across from Burger Hut- for free parking today until 5 p.m.
