A Zelienople man has been charged after he allegedly harassed a Zelienople business earlier this year.
Police say it started in late February when 62-year-old Chakir Errafaq began harassing the owners and operators of Papa Joe’s Wine Cellar, claiming he was owed a job as a chef.
The owners of the business told Errafaq several times that a position was not open and no one had promised him a job. For the next couple of weeks Errafaq would allegedly leave threatening voicemails, including threatening to harm the owners and damage property.
Police have charged Errafaq with terroristic three counts of threats and three counts of disorderly conduct engage in fighting.
A preliminary hearing has been sent for April 9.
