A Westmoreland County man is accused of pulling a loaded gun on a Slippery Rock University student.
Austin Newell, 21, is now facing several charges including assault and reckless endangerment. No one was hurt.
According to State Police, the altercation happened over the weekend at the University Village apartment complex in Slippery Rock- known as The Ivy.
Officers believe Newell was walking home from a party early Sunday when he allegedly approached two people and touched one of them on the back.
