Charges are pending following a one car crash that happened earlier this month in Winfield Township.
State Police in Butler were called to a one vehicle crash on Rose Way around 1:30 p.m. on February 7th.
While investigating the crash, troopers found that the driver, an unidentified 52-year-old Cabot man, was under influence. He was placed into custody and submitted to a blood draw.
No injuries were reported.
