A man in Cranberry Township is accused of taking pictures up the skirt of a 9-year-old girl over the weekend.
According to our news partners at WPXI, the incident happened at the Walmart in Cranberry Township Saturday afternoon.
Police say Jamie Lopez was seen by a Walmart employee walking behind the girl and putting a phone under her skirt. Police were called to the scene and when they approached Lopez he ran out of the store, but was arrested soon after.
Lopez is currently being held in the Butler County Jail on multiple charges including sexual abuse of children.
According to police, Lopez is not a legal United States citizen and is unable to post bail.
