A Butler man is facing charges after an argument in a gas station parking lot turned into a physical altercation.
Butler Township Police were called to the GetGo on North Main Street on July 13 for two men fighting.
According to official documents, 28-year-old Patrick Brahim was blocking traffic from entering the GetGo. That’s when 54-year-old Timothy Smith of Kittanning got out of his vehicle to get Brahim out of the way.
Smith then approached Brahim and alleged he was drunk. That is when the fight broke out. Bystanders and Smith kept Brahim at bay until police showed up.
Brahim was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.
