A Harrisburg man has been charged in Cranberry after stealing 25 Terrible Towels from a local grocer.
Police were called to the Giant Eagle on Route 19 Saturday for a report of a theft as an employee saw a man put the towels and other items in paper bags then leave the store.
That man was identified as 56-year-old Richard Williams. In total Williams stole $339 worth of items.
He was charged with retail theft and placed in the Butler County Prison on $35,000 cash bond.
