A Venango County man has been arrested in neighboring Mercer County in connection with an incident of unsafe motorcycle riding last week.
According to the Grove City Police, 37-year-old Kenneth Sterner III of Kennerdell was stopped on East Pine Street around 7 p.m. on June 15th.
Officers determined that Sterner was transporting a 3-year-old child on his motorcycle with no protection.
Sterner will face numerous charges including Endangering the Welfare of Children, Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
