Police have charged a Cheswick man in a shooting that took placed in Butler City.
Butler City Police say the incident happened Sunday around 12:30 p.m. when 22-year-old Kristian Howard allegedly fired shots in the middle of the 300 block of West Jefferson Street.
Charging documents say got out his vehicle and fired multiple shots into a hoodie. Howard then went back into his vehicle and drove off.
Cameras and witnesses nearby were able to identify the vehicle Howard drove. There was also evidence that showed a child in the vehicle at the time of the shooting.
Howard has been charged with a felony one of endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person.
