A man is in custody after being accused of making threats against a man and woman in Chicora.
It happened on October 2 when 24-year-old Damion Tatters of East Brady parked his car near the property of a 58-year-old Chicora man. Tatters then took a rifle out of his car and waved the gun around, according to police.
Later that day, Tatters is accused of taking out the same rifle on South Main Street in Chicora and pointing it a 38-year-old woman.
Tatters also admitted to police that he had fired the gun at a graveyard located near the Chicora Borough.
Tatters is currently in the Butler County Prison facing several charges including terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and aggravated assault.
