An Emlenton man is facing charges following a road rage incident that occurred late last month in nearby Mercer County.
According to State Police, 60-year-old Timothy Saar is accused of waving a gun at a Sewickley man while both were traveling on Interstate 79 in Findley Township on August 29th.
Authorities say that Saar was later stopped and a loaded handgun was found in his car. Police say that he is not allowed to legally possess a gun due to a previous felony charge.
Saar faces charges of illegally possessing a gun, carrying a fireman without a permit, and terroristic threats.
