One man is facing a number of charges following a crash over the weekend in Center Township.
The one vehicle crash happened Saturday around noon on Route 308 near Holbein Lane.
Police say 37-year-old Gregory Boone of Bedford Heights, Ohio was driving south when his box truck went off the road. It then overturned and hit multiple small trees.
Boone’s passenger 33-year-old Ronel Acy of Cleveland, Ohio was not wearing his seatbelt and was injured. He was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.
But, police say they found Boone to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was also found to be carrying a firearm without a permit.
Boone was taken to Butler County Prison.
