A man was seriously injured Wednesday afternoon after he became trapped under a tree.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center just before 2 p.m. off North Road near Country Club Road in Franklin Township.
Crews from Prospect and Unionville responded to a wooded area and requested that a chainsaw be available at the scene.
A LifeFlight medical helicopter was called to land in a nearby cornfield. The man’s condition is not known at this time.
