A Butler man is facing charges after assaulting an employee at a Butler Township restaurant.
Butler Township Police were called to Rock Ann Haven on July 13th for a report of a fight. When police arrived they were told 39-year-old Mark Smith headbutted an employee in the face.
Smith was charged with simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
