A local man is in the Butler County Prison following a drug bust at a residence in the city of Butler on Thursday.
Shortly after 2 p.m. Thursday, the Butler County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the 400 block of West Penn Street at the residence of 55-year-old James Thomas Matuke Jr aka Tony Matuke.
There police found nearly 40 grams of crack cocaine, over 7 grams of suspected heroin, other drug paraphernalia, and over $6,000 in cash.
Matuke has been booked into the Butler County Prison on multiple charges including felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
