One of the individuals arrested during a drug bust in Butler in June has been sentenced in federal court.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, 28-year-old Ricardo Glenn of Butler and Philadelphia has been sentenced to 57 months in prison. He will then serve three years of supervised release after prison.
Glenn had previously entered a guilty plea to charges of conspiring to distribute fentanyl, heroin, cocaine, and crack cocaine. He did so on a nearly daily basis for months in 2019 and 2020 while he was under court supervision for a 2018 firearm conviction in Philadelphia.
Glenn was one of nine people arrested in June as part of the Overton Crew by the Butler County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force as well as the State Police and FBI.
