A Freeport man is facing charges after he allegedly stole several items from a local toy store.
Police charged 41-year-old Todd Nussbaumer with retail theft after he took at least three items from Playthings Etc. in Clay Township.
It happened in the afternoon of December 13th. According to police Nussbaumer stole nearly $1,000 worth of toys, which was all captured on video surveillance.
The charges were filed late last month.
